Malverde
Malverde is the indoor & outdoor private event space at La Condesa, ideal for weddings, corporate events, and birthday celebrations. Perched above 2nd Street, Malverde offers skyline views of downtown Austin and looks directly into Austin City Limits, home to the longest-running music program in television history. Malverde features craft cocktails, an artisanal beer and wine selection and is catered exclusively by Mexican restaurant La Condesa.
Group Dining
For parties of 12 - 25 guests, we offer group dining experiences featuring authentic, family-style Mexican menus designed for sharing. Smaller parties of 11 guests or fewer may reserve directly through OpenTable.
For a truly distinctive private event venue in Austin, The Flour House provides an intimate setting unlike any other in the city. Originally constructed in the 1860s by the Schneider family as part of a historic brewery, this beautifully restored space combines Austin history with exceptional hospitality. The venue features separate rooms for cocktails and family-style dining, accommodating up to 18 guests for private dinners, executive gatherings, celebrations, and exclusive events.
